Servo channels are used to control servos across their range of movement and vary their speed. They can only be used with the **Servo Master.**
You are able to vary the speed and change the direction as part of your **Update channel** actions.
Adding
- In Channels click Add channel and select Servo.
- Enter a name that you would like to call it.
- You will be presented with the channel view.
Current Position & Speed
- Current Position - the current position the servo is at.
- This is controlled by adjusting the slider or inputting a value.
- Current Speed - The input and title of this box changes when the Servo is set to Constant Time or Constant Speed in the Movement type field.
- Constant Time - This is controlled by inputting a value (in seconds).
- Constant Speed - This is controlled by inputting a value (in microseconds per second - μs / s).
- These values will show the current status of a virtual channel (when testing) or physical channel when patched to hardware.
