COGS 5.10 adds the Sync option when playing audio and video. To enable this experimental feature go to: Show Settings → Advanced → Media Synchronisation.

Example:

You want to play a video across multiple screens, so you want both halves of the video to be in sync. Make a behaviour that starts both at the same time, and enable Sync on both actions.
