The Dashboard is your operator’s view. This is what they will see when each scene or the show is in progress. It is a place to create widgets which can either be visual representation of inputs, outputs and variables, or have interactive elements for the operator to use - these could be buttons that activate actions or drop-downs that changes **Variables.**

There are two places the Dashboard can appear:

Show Dashboard - appears in the left hand menu when the show is live. This can be created and edited in the **Show settings.**

Scene Dashboard - appears in each Scene's UI. This can be edited from the Dashboard tab in each scene.

Dashboard widgets are useful if the operator need to see a particular input(s) (e.g. a set of RFID readers, so they could give the best hint if they see the audience is going wrong) or if you need the operator to change a variable which affects the show or scene (e.g. to adjust audio, lighting levels or even difficulty rating).

When creating a widget on a dashboard, you can either display it on it’s own, place it in a group, or place it in a collapsible group.

Grouping widgets: You can also group widgets together on a dashboard. This allows you to put widgets in one group together, away from other controls, making it easier for your operators to identify items on the dashboard.

Creating a collapsible group: You can also collapse your groups, this allows you to keep your controls out of the way until needed. You can also make these collapsed by default for your operators to expand during the show.

Depending on what you want to display or interact with on your Dashboard, you will need to click the box 'customise' and choose from a selection of widgets:
